AAA Cooling installed two new AC units at our residence One of the units leaked multiple times causing $in damage to our home AAA Cooling offered to settle the damages requiring a full compromise and release denying any responsibility for the damage or future repairs Due to concerns regarding the problematic installation, we elected to file a homeowners claim to repair the damage We subsequently asked AAA Cooling to reimburse the $1,out of pocket deductible AAA Cooling refused to take any responsibility for the damage to my property and now are not returning my calls or responding to correspondence
Anthony came on time to service our a/c unit He was very pleasant, efficient and professionalWe have had AAA service and install units for years They have always responded quickly and done a great job I would certainly recommend AAA to my friends
Andrew, Jimmy and Jordan did an excellent job installing our new Trane Air Conditioning Unit The work was well done, they explained to us how everything worked, they provided copies of documents for us to read about how things work and removed our old equipment and left the house/garage area clean They are true professionals
