This was the most professional company we have dealt with in quite some time. [redacted], our liaison at Mauzy, was competent and quickly answered all questions. Our work was completed per schedule and he even scheduled the work around our needs and requests. The sub-contractors used were also excellent and coordinated with Mauzy every step of the way. Workers were respectful and courteous and our yard was cleaned after the work was finished. We had special needs (moving our pool solar panels) in addition to the regular work. All was done great...no additional costs beyond our initial quote for the work they performed (except what we requested beyond the original agreement). We highly recommend this company. Reviews are not something I do, but after using Mauzy on two air conditioner installations I can't hold back. In all my years of maintaining buildings, from homes to offices to industrial I have never worked with a group that was more professional than the Mauzy team. From the project review, to the proposal, to the installation itself, the people we worked with were insightful, honest, careful, punctual, courteous and thorough. They answered all our questions, and some we hadn't thought of. I would use them again without hesitation and would recommend Mauzy to anyone needing heat, air conditioning or solar work. They're the best!
