Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/04) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] President Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @mavarosolutions.com The reason the claim took so long to get a response on was due to delay by the shop he took the car toWe reached out to American Auto Shield to ask why the claim was denied and they explained that there was sludge build up in the engine due to lack of maintenanceWe he first bought the policy it was explained that he would have to keep up with the maintenance in order for claims to be paidUnfortunately we are just the selling agent and the customer has to abide by the terms and conditions in the contract that he has with American Auto ShieldThis complaint should be directed at American Auto Shield and not Mavaro SolutionsIf the customer has any questions needing answered I advise he calls AAS customer service

I only received a check for $772.22. Where is the other $1147.78, that I paid the company but NEVER had my contractual obligations of the company met. Services from the company were never rendered, therfore I demand a full refund.

I was expecting a confirmation of refund delivered. I won't be satisfied until I have received my refund. When I get my refund I will be able to close this complaint. Thank you.

to American Auto Shield to ask why the claim was denied and they explained that there was sludge build up in the engine due to lack of maintenance. We he first bought the policy it was explained that he would have to keep up with the maintenance in order for claims to be paid. Unfortunately we are just the selling agent and the customer has to abide by the terms and conditions in the contract that he has with American Auto Shield. This complaint should be directed at American Auto Shield and not Mavaro Solutions. If the customer has any questions needing answered I advise he calls AAS customer service.
