response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory. The complaint was against the location on [redacted] and they should be closed because they are absolutely horrible. Anyone associated with them owns responsibility. The complaint was about that location, and they own several. It’s taken 9 months to respond to my complaint which tells you how pathetic your company is. Worthless!!
