Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The settlement offer did not cover all of the cost incurred during the recommended repairs There is record of the problems my vehicle had as I called the state of Wyoming to request a fuel check at the Evanston Maverik location, I purchased gas and my credit card is time stamped during the time that the diesel fuel was in Maverik's unleaded fuel tanks, and I took my vehicle to a shop to be checked as the fuel sensor had caused my check engine light to come on After the shop cleared the computer code my suburban still did not run Travis G [redacted] emailed me telling me to drain the fuel tank and replace the filter which we did I have the email where he instructs me to change the filter, which is a screening system located in the fuel pump He is reusing to cover that expense Regards, [redacted]

Dear *** ***:I am writing in response to the complaint filed against Maverik by Mrs***. It has been extremely important for us to have all the information requested from affected customers to address their specific concerns which vary by type of vehicle and various other conditions. On 9/22/we received the completed fuel concern from Mrs*** returned without the following:1. Proof of purchase 2. Page filled out by the Mechanic 3. Receipt of repair (provided 10/11/17)I contacted the mechanic listed on the paperwork. The only repair the vehicle needed was an adjustment to the ethanol setting. In fact, there was nothing else wrong. In his words, “the adjustment had nothing to do with our fuel”.Even though she didn’t provide or complete the paperwork correctly, I issued a release in the amount of $which included the following:$mechanic repairs not related to our fuel$fuel reimbursement for no receipt given$inconvenience fee that we gave to all customers affected.We have no evidence that Mrs*** ever had an issue with our fuel. That said, we made an effort to accommodate her concerns and make her happy. As it stands, we will still honor our $settlement offer. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.
