This Job has been completed along with a lot of extras her husband was there at the time of installation of repairs and was very very satisfied with our work and thanked us for going the extra mile.However this fence is way over due for an entire replacement and we only worked on a small part of it the old fence ends at both sides of the repair area and is so rotten warped and is so distorted that we could only do the best we could which as I said the Husband was very Pleased with and again understood that we were only working on the area that there home owners Insurance was paying for that had been blown down by the wind Now that's it's time to pay the bill the wife wants more work done and there were no gaps when I left the site that I could have addressed under the work order that was agreed uponThank You [redacted] L [redacted] President/General ManagerMilwaukee Fence Inc

We were contacted by Ms [redacted] for repair the damaged strip around her vent glass on her Chrysler The part in question is made with the glass and the rubber trim build onto itWe ordered the part and installed it in Ms [redacted] automobile with out issueAfter the installation she contacted us to inform us that there was another trim piece that was damaged and that she wanted this fixed as wellDue to the nature of our service , customer calling into our shop and our repair in a mobile fashion, we were unable to see that there was any other damage aside from the glass and the rubber that Ms [redacted] had told us aboutBeing a glass shop we are able to order things that are glass specific from our suppliersTrim panels etcare not normally replaced in the corse or the glass repair and have to be purchased from a dealership or parts store.These are not things that are usually involved in the replacement of the vent glassWe informed Ms [redacted] that we would gladly install the trim piece that she was concerned about at no additional charge if she would be willing to purchase itHad we known that this piece was something that she wanted replaced in addition to the damaged trim around the vent glass we would have advised her that the part would have needed to be purchased in advance so we could install itThere would have been no additional charge for the labor to install the trim piece either way but the cost for the part was not included in the original quote that she was givenOur proposed resolution to this concern is to have Ms [redacted] purchase the part that should would like us to install and we will gladly come in install it for her and no additional charge We look forward to hearing from her and hope that this will address her concerns
