Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Just letting you know that after I emailed the company and told them I had put a complaint in to you, I got notice my package shippedI received it today and it was exactly as I ordered Thank you for being there, these companies should not be in business if they are not going to ship their merchandise without a fight I will be dropping my case since I did receive all my merchandise [redacted]
I ordered a light fixture on-line and the company charged my credit card three times the amount of the product but never shipped the product I sent in several complaints through e-mail and then called many times I was able to get through once and talked to the owner of the company who promised to recredit me for the extra charges and ship the product in the next week I was only reimbursed for one charge of the light and then they never shipped the product*** said too much time had gone by for it to be considered fraud so I was out the money for double the light fixture
