The company has failed to prove why it is owed there for this debt is not valid u must send me a real document stating why its old other wise I will be reporting this to the attorney general next

limitations has run out The point is I do not have a debt with *** so I want them to stop sending me letters I shouldn't have to provide identity info to them to prove that I do not have a *** debt I will read a letter, however, which describes in detail how my maiden name got associated with this alleged debt when I have been married for over years I have read a number of similar complaints involving this business about how incorrect names get associated with credit-credit debt This business has not been approved by the Revdex.com I want all of this addressed I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Dear ***: Capital Management Services (CMS) is in receipt of your recent correspondence regarding *** H It is our understanding that *** Halleges CMS is attempting to collect a debt that he does not owe. *** Halso states that he has been the
recent victim of identity theft. He also does not want anything fraudulent reported on his credit report. On October 11, 2017, a matter was placed in our office by our client, *** *** ***, LLC, with the name *** H. An initial dunning notice was mailed to *** H., as required by Federal Law Until the receipt of this complaint, CMS was unaware that *** Halleges this debt was the result of identity theft. Upon receipt of this complaint, CMS marked this account in a dispute status and it has subsequently been returned to our client. Our client has confirmed that based on the identity theft claim we received, they are also terminating collection action on this account. With respect to his credit report, this will confirm that CMS is a third party debt collection agency. We do not own any debt that we collect on. As such, we do not credit report. Our client has also confirmed that they have not reported any information to the credit bureaus regarding this account. In response to the above complaint: The reason for our delayed start date(which was only one day) was due to the rainy weather one week prior which put us behind scheduleThis was communicated with the customer he understood and completely agreedRegarding the return of unwanted vegetation, we
informed the customer that a small portion could return and further maintenance on his part may be requiredHowever, because we are a reputable company and a fair company we returned every weeks for months to help from his complainingPlease note: when I made the first appearance to address the issue I had to look hard to see the little bits of grasses appearing in his yardBut we took care of it just the sameThis customer also called us out because his irrigation was not working we found his back flow device had been turned off(and not by our company as he claims)While we were there he had us check the rest of the yard and program his control clockWe felt justified to charge a service feeOur services call fees are normally $We only billed him for $It took about months for the customer to payWhen we received his payment he wrote negative comments on his invoiceWe warranty our plants for months he contacted us 1/months after the job was completedHe signed a contract with this understandingLastly, the customer and his wife and neighbors all had commented to me what a beautiful job we had doneThank you, Sincerely, *** *** President, Chandler Lawn and Gardens, Inc
