me for $4 a set of DYNAFLEX starter cords. Quite honestly, my mother had just passed away and the house was in disarray and I misplaced the starter cords and had to order some more in order to send her the cords. I sent them. But her tone really ticked me off so I was not pleased to even talk to this woman. I do not answer my phone tennistrainer.com and that is my business. I do many jobs and I can answer the phone however I feel like it and it is not for her to judge nor does it reflect how I run my business. tennistrainer.com has been a top website since 1991. Review: My daughter, [redacted], placed an order online and paid for it on 6/8/15. order # [redacted]. As of today, June 16, we had not heard anything regarding our orderstated still in processing. We decided to contact the company regarding when the order would be processed since it has been over a week and it never indicated it wasn't in stock or why the delay. Her credit card had been charged at the time the order was place.When calling the number above, A lady answered the phone- no name or company identified when we answered. Concerned that I reached an incorrect number I had to ask if I had reached their companyinstead of answering me she in turned wanted to know who I was. The lady which I finally found out was [redacted] (owner). She continued to not want to provide us information and was rude to my daughter on the phone. We provided her with the our order number so they could help locate what the problem isinstead she didn't want this information. She said she it should have gone out already and would be sent today and I should receive it in 4-days. When we went to confirm this information to she said she couldn't say that. We feel that we are being taken for a ride here. My daughter is young and I am trying to teach her responsibility. She had borrowed an item to help with a wrist injury and misplaced a piece of the equipment. She located a place online and ordered it and paid for it herself. In turn we have not received our item nor did we get treated with respect from the person that answered the phone.
