Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I am not surprised tht the company rejected my compliant., it just shows they are in it for the short term and quick moneyThe cancelation clause should not apply since the reservations were made and canceled the same day within hours of each otherWe in good faith took the listing at its face value, relying on fair and accurrate representations and facts by the listerIf the lister wanted to let the readers know that there was not an elevator then why didn't they state in clearly in the listingAll the other great things, like location, neighborhood etc were explicitly statedThere is no explicit statement that there is no elevatorTo expect an average person to discover this by having to click through screens, Find the word elevator, then interpret the lines through it, is not an explicit disclosureTo state otherwise is a pure lie, a reasonable person would doubtfully have a hard time finding this, if the intent is full disclosure then just state "NO elevator" in the listing as does many other listersFinally is it fair and reasonable under these set of circumstances to keep the entire cost of the stay, nights even though cancelation was done within four hours of booking? Would a business that has integrity, compassion, and justice (principals of the Revdex.com) do what Maverick empire has done, is it fair to all parties? The answer is noThe business does not even acknowledge the concerns of their customer, the health of their customer, and the welfare of me their customer, may wife and I are in our 60's and have medical conditionsWhen they were notified my us about not being ale to use their unit, did they ty to make other accomodations, they have other more accessible unitsNo they immediately hid behind ways so they would have to do the least amount as possible with out regards to myself and my wifeThey want to keep everything that benefits them and provide us with nothingThis is an unfair, unjust, and scam against us and potential othersPlease to the right, fair and equitable and refund our money in full Regards, [redacted] ***

We are so sorry that you were upset upon arrival and wish you were able to stay with usThe reason why we stand by not issuing a refund is due to the fact that we have explicit writing indicating that we do not provide elevator service along with what floor the unit is onWhen making a reservation through [redacted] guests are prompted to indicate that they have agreed to all house rules, the cancellation policy, and the guest refund policyThis situation was escalated to [redacted] to make the final call and after review, they felt that we were clear in our listing description and that the situation was not entitled to a refundWe have included screenshots showing the components of our caseWe have included our listing description as well as our cancellation policyWe are sorry again for the unpleasant experience, and we hear your concernsWe will take this into future consideration to include this information on other locations of our [redacted] profile.?
