This is a response to complaint #*** for *** *** Ms*** did indeed call our store inquiring about a purse she had seen previously in our store Our sales person, Kristin texted Ms*** several photos of the different styles of purses and Ms*** chose the
one she wanted out of the three photos she was sent We shipped it to her and when she received it she called and stated it was not the bag she wanted We tried to send additional photos of other purses and she said NONE of them were what she wanted We explained that we would give her a store credit for the amount Ms*** did not want a store credit, she wanted a full refund which is against our store policy Ms*** filed a chargeback with her credit card company, which was overturned in our favor Ms*** was aware of our store policy which is why we refused the package We are not willing to give her a refund If she will send a letter stating she will accept the store credit in the full amount, and we will even add the shipping cost, we will accept the purse back If she continues to insist on a full refund, we will not accept the purse.
