Not just that, the [redacted] ([redacted] also has being black mailing me to run away, that in US nothing happens with fraud cases, that Revdex.com can do anything to him, that because his office was a virtual office NOT ONE CAN FOLLOW HIM, and also that I must do everything that he wants because now he has my money, and that if I want to see it back or the equipment I have to call machinerytrader.com and tell them that everthing its ok... without been true!!!

Review: we purchased a machine through [redacted] (Mavl Capital, Inc) in April, to be shipped to Guyana. We wired $281,950 USD into their bank accounts. But thus far, we have not had any evidence the machine was ever purchased. Their representative, [redacted], kept telling us that the machine is at the [redacted], waiting for the Bill Of Lading, but failed to provide any other information. And have stopped answering phone calls and emails the last 24 hours. We visited the business office but it was closed, and was told by the building [redacted] that they don't show up at the office for weeks. This whole thing is getting more and more like a fraud.Desired Settlement: We'd like to get a full refund back.

Review: I had ordered 4units Bobcat with AI sale person of Mavl Capital Inc and paid deposit of usd 18,300 on 3/*/14. When machine ready to ship out. AI request to remit balance and I paid usd 41,714.00 to Mavl Capital Inc again. But till now I haven't received any machine and they refuse to refund to.me.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money back.

Review: Summary: I look to buy a backhoe loader, went in to [redacted] to see there equipments for sale, and I got interested in a [redacted] 2009 [redacted], them I contact the saler with the web info, and they and I start it to send a lots of emails back and for, MAVL sent me the invoice for the equipment payment, I wire 17 k at the beganing, and made a meeting with [redacted] at there address in [redacted], also in the meeting was [redacted] they said everything was perfect and the day after that meeting I pay them by check into there account at chase bank 16k. For the last month I have been trying to get in touch with this company and they didnt give me the equipment or my money back. Now since last week they dont even asnwer my calls or my emails.I made a report in the police at linden, thats where they said was there warehouse (which I visit many times) [redacted] (gate **).
