Patient questions why recurring payments have not been posted however were deducted from his Credit card. Reason: This was an internal error on our part and we appreciate you and this patient for bringing this to our attention. Payments on both of the accounts listed above
have been posted for Oct and Nov. This patient had already contacted our office and this was actually worked on yesterday before I received this letter of Revdex.com complaint today. We have also received patients payment on both accounts for December as well as of 12/18/16. However due to our internal channels it has not been actually posted and does not reflect on the itemized bill I am mailing today to the patient per their request. I have noted this on the itemized bill so patient will be aware of this as well. I hope this clears up any questions the patient may have. I am rejecting this response because:This company still has not corrected my balance. They are still saying that I have a bad debt of one payment. Please help me out as they are not doing their accounting correctly. I have called multiple times to this company, sent a complaint to the Revdex.com but they are not taking actions. They sent me a letter providing the breakdown of what they applied to my accounts which is still incorrect. As of Jan 1, 2017, they are still saying that I owe 85.68 when in fact I should be owing 61.20, and the other account is also reflecting an incorrect balance. Please advise me on how to proceed. The people that I speak to on the phone does not seem to want to help me, even not wanting me to transfer to the supervisor when I ask them to. Regards,
