I am rejecting this response because: I really don't want to deal with this company anymore, I have spent my time going back and forth waiting to talk to the owner and never did he show up OR call me The comment of "what I am upto?" I'm up to getting my pants that their stained returned like I gave it to them I have collected my ruined pants and will be throwing them away. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and the owner is a lairI am extremely unhappy with the result of their 'cleaning' but as the manager said "it is the best the can do". I guess as a customer we have to deal with their best being ruined clothes.I no longer wish to communicate with them at all, and I hope that it is stated on your site and on their record that I am not happy with the outcome or manner in which they have treated me

Dear Revdex.com representative,It is true we made a call to the customer [redacted] and left a message to her phone. We have no idea what this customer is up to. Do not really understand her. Last middle of the week she came over to the store and looked at the pants all around then she walked outside to check it more and came back and said she needs to come back to check it in a sunny day to make sure nothing on it. Because that was a rainy and cloudy day. The customer checked it and did not complain about stain. There is definitely no spot anymore.
