Be careful! Obviously you need the loan or you wouldn't be looking into companies to lend you money. They deceived me and because they didn't honor their word to me I am I jeopardy of losing my business. Stay away from these guys. You could wind up in bigger trouble .if you do business with them.

Review: A 5,000 loan was taken out by a third party in September/October of last year. The [redacted] took over the load in a good faith effort to preserve the company name. We are an established yogurt shop in the heart of White Plains for 3 years now. We closed our facility for 3 months due to cold weather conditions and actually opened up earlier than expected with some morning goods with hopes of generating some funds early in the Off_season. With that being said: The loan was set-up where 22% off ALL Credit/Debt Card Transaction's made IN-Store were to be deducted off the balance--Please keep in mind we took over someone else's loan...

The Credit Card machine is currently working but due to an over-due balance in the account our account is in the negative at the present moment. We are actually only a few days away from coming into the positive and being able to fulfill our good faith efforts into resolving this Loan. The ISSUE at hand here is the Gentle-man who calls incessantly ( His number is [redacted] , never gives his name and has the filthiest mouth I have ever come across in the Business and Personal Life. He never wants to transfer us to a manager. He keeps upping the rates. He never sends an email confirmation of the true balance. Demands documents without even providing many himself.

We would love to satisfy this loan and be completely done with this relationship. Now supposedly the bill is 9,000 and they are going to start to take 33% " Whether you like or not my man". Actual quote from the gentleman. We are actually eagerly waiting the outcome of this Revdex.com investigation because if this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly we ill also consider pursuing this from a criminal perspective due to him verbally assaulting a 17 year old teenage girl here. The line has clearly been crossed here. The company finally removed him from calling here but the destruction of verbal insults he has left ( including to a 76 year old man here as well this morning)...can not be ignorednDesired Settlement: The original 5,000 loan with the agreed 22% taken out starting April [redacted]. All past due fees and false contacts thrown out.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[There is NO breach of contract. The contract states 22% off all our Credit Card transactions are to be deducted from our account. They made some false statement about us supposedly having 2 Credit Card machines during a period our machines were down. WE ARE FULLY PREPARED TO TURN OVER ANY AND ALL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DISPUTING THAT AND HAVE. The payments are still being made and this company still wont turn over all there documents proving why and how the bill went from a 5,000 loan to over 9,000 "because of late fees and litigation" The only litigation is going to be when the department of consumer affairs finds out we are paying a loan with only one page of documents. No receipts of what they do, no statements, no percentage rates we are paying..... no NOTHING in writing. They have asked us to send bank statements and we did. We are being bullied into making payments and don't know anything really about the loan. THEY SEND US NOTHING. THEY JUST TAKE OUR MONEY AND TELL US WHAT WE OWE!!! This company makes no apology for the way their employees treat my employees and now hide behind a lawyer. A rated? Not for a company who has no respect for its customers.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Max Advance LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[No paper work has been recieved, no receipts, no apologies. Just blackmail attempts about going to court while we are still paying 22% of all our credit card transaction towards what we owe them. They say we now owe 9000 instead of the original 5000 plus a percentage... that we still have not gotten in writing from them. They have no respect for their customers and obviously " its in litigation" is there only response what we are paying them . What are they actually litigating? This is just a testament of the lack of respect for thier clients. They take our money every day. A+? In my day we most certainly had to earn that. Thank you to the Revdex.com for all your hardwork. We will take another route concerning this matter.]

Review: Max advance offered me a settlement agreement on October **, 2014 . We made the payment via wire transfer and have the documentation to prove it along with the letter of settlement. Max advance was supposed to release a hold from our credit card processor and they didn't. I have call the every week since the pay off and today I was informed that it was a trick and that they refuse to honor their settlement aggrement.Desired Settlement: We want them to honor their aggrement lift all holds off of our company with integrity payment systems and honor their settlement agreement

I did business with Max Advance in the hopes that even though the loan would be expensive, it would help to grow my business. THe deeper I got the more they took advantage. They are MISLEADING, DECEPTIVE and could potentially put you out of your business. I was guaranteed a new loan if I paid off the old one. Against my better judgment I did what they asked. I withdrew the money from my personal account to pay them off because I really needed this loan for my business. After they got the money, they refused to fund the new loan. Is this really who you would want to do business with.
