I hired Perry Mason when I had a problem with mice a few years ago I was happy with the work he did and even recommended him to friends I hired him again last fall because it had been a couple of years and I wanted to avoid any recurrence of the problem He came out last November when I wasn't home and left a bill on my door for $96.64; he said he did not have to enter my home if there was any problem His work is supposed to be guaranteed for months About two months ago, I began calling him to let him know that I had caught a mouse in my house I called both his phone numbers and left several messages and got no response A friend even called him and left a message wondering if something had happened to him because I wasn't getting a response I checked my bank statement to be sure he had received my check and cashed it, which he had Yesterday, I found another mouse Today I had a different pest control business over to take care of my problem This should have been

Booked an appointment, the engineer never showed up. A simple call to say he cant make it would have been fine.

I had set up an appointment with this company 2 weeks in advance in order to meet my association deadline for having the vent's cleaned. The day of, I stayed home from work for the appointment. My appointment time was 3-5. I called at 4, as I was not clear whether the cleaning was a 2 hour service that should have started at 3:00, or if they would just be arriving within that time frame. When I called, I was told they were not coming since they didn't have a tech available and the next available time was 2 weeks later. I explained that I had lost a day of work, as well as would have to pay a fine for late completion. They were very flippant with my concerns, and just said that there was nothing they could do. I'm extremely upset and agitated that they dismissed my concerns and were not able to accommodate my needs, when it was not my fault that they were unable to make the appointment. In addition to finding a way to try to accommodate either the standing appointment or a new appointment within the week, I feel they should have reached out to me to let me know the tech was not coming. While they said it had "just happened", I find that very hard to believe.

I would not recommend this to others because I feel that they charge way too much for the service and they do not give a FREE service call as they state in their website, they charge $65 for that. they also do not guarantee their work.
