I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered my mother a ring from this website and when it or arrived it looked nothing like the photo so I sent it back and received confirmation from UPS that it was delivered. I followed all of their return requirements and I was told that everything had been received. I was told multiple times by representatives of Max & Chloe via email that I would receive a refund. That was last Christmas and I have received nothing back from them nor any communication. MAX & Chloe is a huge scam and all they want is your money.
