At 10:AM I placed an order with MaxDelivery At 11:I received an email stating my order would arrive around 11: When I had not received it by 11:I initiated a live customer service chat via maxdelivery.com I was connected to an agent named Melissa who claimed the order had been delivered at 11:and signed for by Aill I explained that it I had not been received and there is no one named Aill here she said it had been delivered to the wrong address and the carrier would go pick it up and bring it to me I said that, as the order contained food items I didn't want to receive items that had been in the possession of some unknown individual and she said a new order would be created and delivered within 30-minutes, which I agreed to At 12:a delivery person arrived with what, based on the delivery slip (which was timestamped as having been printed at 11:and showed orders delivered to other people at 11:and 11:45), was clearly the original (misdelivered
