Our customer purchased a 2008 Chrysler Pacifica on 2/24/2017.  The vehicle had 103, 852 miles on it at the time.  At the time of the sale the customer was offered and purchased a Chrysler service contract.  We were notified four months after the sale of these existing problems. ...

After our Chrysler technicians diagnosed the problems with the Pacifica, we could offer repair solutions for all concerns and cover some of the repairs with the Chrysler service contract.The customer was presented with solutions and we were instructed, by the customer to repair only the items that were covered under the warranty.  While the Pacifica was in our service department, the customer was given a service loaner at no charge.  Our dealership has also been working to trade the customer out of the Pacifica, but due to financial reasons, the banks are requiring down payment money to complete the trade.Our dealership will continue to provide service to the customer and repair the vehicle as they instruct us.
