On July 3rd said customer came into our store with a battery he said would not charge.Our associate proceeded to test the battery per policy and it charged exactly the way it should and told him that there must be something wrong with his charger.  At which point she handed the battery back to...

the customer and told him that she can not exchange it since there was nothing wrong with it.That is when the customer said "well then we will make something wrong with it" and threw it on the ground and stomped on it. She then informed him that we could no longer honor that warranty since he damaged it. He then purchased a new battery and charger. We offer a 45 day warranty against manufacturer defects were we will exchange a device for the exact same item if there is a defect. We also give the customer a card that states this.
