I am Happy that the company in question finally replaced my equipment, however the fact that I had to take the time to file with the Revdex.com just to get warranty items replaced shows me that customers are not a priority
I completely understand that HOLLIS sells life support equipment and that there are processes that must be done to complete warranty tasks
Months and months went by without e-mail or a phone call until I contacted the Revdex.com
I completely trust the equipment they buildI want future consumers to know that if you are not a bulk buyer of their equipment you will be put at the back of the line!
