clearly states our cancellation policy, cancellation procedures, and protocol for breaking a contract. In March 2014, the member contacted the owner about freezing her account. An email conversation clearly stated a 1 month freeze. She never notified us for the months of April and May. Nor did she follow the necessary steps that are listed in her contract. This member was charged for the months of April and May based on her contractual duties.
There was an email sent to all Max Impact Members on December [redacted], 2013 clearly stating the $5 price increase beginning January, 2014. The member contracts will be adjusted stating that the prices are subject to change.
Review: On October *, 2013, I signed a 12 month contract with Max Impact Training. On January [redacted], Max impact training increased their monthly price by $5. This was not a clause in the contract. Upon doing so, this voided the contract, I agreed to the price of $159 not $164. I tried to cancel my membership, and they told me I could not based on contractual duties.Desired Settlement: $177.74 - Monthly membership plus tax
