I called Max Mechanical out to either repair or replace my existing central air conditioning unit My unit was declared dead and had to be replaced There was a problem with the service to begin with that could have become serious, but Mark took ownership of it and said he would personally come out and supervise my installation He was true to his word and all went wellThe only complaint I have now is that sometimes the house is too cold!

I purchased a completely new home A/C system about a year ago from Max Mechanical The system cost me over sixteen thousand dollars installed The problem is the system has not work properly since the day it was installed I have two units, the upstairs unit constantly freezes up, as a matter of fact, that unit is frozen at this moment The down stairs unit sounds like a freight train while running and the drip pan under this unit in the attic is full of water right now I've called this company several time and spoken to the owner but my issues have not been corrected Please note, I have been dealing with this non-sense and half truths for more than a year The last tech on the 3rd of this month was suppose to install two return vents to help with air flow and the freezing but he installed only one and said that he didn't have the equipment to install the second vent The tech also indicated he would return to unclog the unit on Monday to take care of the condensation build u

Our AC went out on our hottest day yet this year, so I called our neighbor to see who they used last and they said "Call Reliant"Well, we did and they told us it would be a week before they could get to usSince I'm looking at Star ratings on Google, I called Max MechanicalAnd we are soooooooo glad we did!!! Unbeknownst to us, Max puts those without any AC at the top of the list and they got to us in just a few hours (and yes, we're elderly, but they didn't know that when we called)The problem was diagnosed and repaired, and we were back up and running in less than hoursOur Service Rep, Ty, was just the best!! We were so impressed with the service and how they treated us that we purchased a warranty packageOur total bill was less than $Our Carrier unit is years old and is going to need replacing in a couple of years and we know exactly who we will call!! MAX MECHANICAL!!! They're "OUR HERO"We will be telling everyone we know about Max – even our neighbor!!! (Wish they had a sign and we'd put it in our front yard!!)

We called Max Mechanical A/C & Heating to take a look at our A/C unit that wasn't functioning properly The quote seemed excessive so we opted to get a second option Turns out Max Mechanical was lying, telling us more work was needed than what was truly needed The second company got us fixed up same day and without overcharging for unnecessary work

Please allow me to apologize for not realizing he was still having any issue no matter how small. Mr. malone is a really great guy, polite, friendly and mannerly, so he's not the kind person to "throw a fit". it really makes me feel just awful he had to contact Revdex.com about us, We didnt intend for any of his concerns to slip thru the cracks.My personal cell number is ([redacted] please give it to him so he can call or text me directly if theres ANYTHING else he needs us to address with his system.
