Max Mechanical came out on Tuesday May 26 to perform a Spring maintenance for our AC. The system was working fine at that time. Since that Tuesday, the system has not worked correctly A technician came out on Thursday May 28th, another technician along with the Comfort Advisor came out on Friday May 29th, a technician came out on Monday June 1st, two installers came out Wednesday morning June 3 and a technician came out that same evening. Each time a technician was here they said there was a different problem and supposedly fixed it. The AC is still not fixed as of Wednesday June 3rd at 10:00 p.m. It currently has a temporary part on it. Why is it that you initially inspect a unit that is working properly and then it does not work anymore. We had this same issue last summer. The unit was working fine until Max Mechanical came out to do the Spring Service. Each time they leave we are told it is fixed or they have to get a new part. When the new part is installed the unit still does not run correctly.

We highly recommend Max Mechanical! We called on a holiday weekend when our unit wasn’t cooling. We had no problem scheduling an appt and getting service right away. Sam was great. He was professional and efficient- and didn’t cost us an arm and leg! We appreciate the level of service we received.

We love everyone at Max Mechanical! It seems that no matter when we call they always make us feel like a VIP’s! They come asap and get the job done efficiently and fast! I love how well they all communicate with each other to make things flow smoothly and right! We have had 2 new units installed and work done on an older 3rd unit. Currently, Andy saved the day when a power outage fried the circuit boards, parts were ordered and next day he returned to get the job done. Andy is a true expert in his field, but most off all, a gifted person in dealing with people. Andy made recommendations to help prevent future events from causing problems for us. Gary and his team have done a great job. They have replaced two 20+ ton units and 4- 5 ton units during the past 4 months. They are currently troubleshooting some older equipment to make needed repairs. Max Mechanical can handle both commercial and residential needs with professional workmanship and friendly technicians.

Alex did the most complete checkout of heating/cooling system. Even though I have carbon monoxide detectors in my home, he used his own sensor to check all the rooms. I have never had that done before.

Prompt response. Richard did a great job to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.

I called MAX Mechanical due to previous service company went out of business. I asked them if they would be able to get our whole-home humidifier working. It was installed over a year ago and has not worked at all since then. I am pleased and thankful that MAX Mechanical sent out a senior tech to look at the issue. After some diagnosis, Troy identified that the humidifier was wired incorrectly, and was able to correct the wiring and got the humidifier working. I cannot thank them enough for their service and will continue to call them when services are needed.

Sam did a great job installing our new thermostats. He aided in getting the app downloaded on my phone a gave a brief instruction on how the app works.

Called at 8am with heating issue and they were at my house by 1pm the same day. Tech was very professional, friendly, helpful, and even took pictures to help in explaining what was going on with my system. Could not ask for better service! Will call them again if necessary and will probably use them for changing out the complete system in early spring!
