How Im even involved in this matter for being a Good Samaritan is beyond meLet me state once again, that I had several clients in store witnessing a frantic lady urgently needing I obliged and now I'm being accused of violating some lawI can call every client that was in the store that day to VERIFY NO PROOF was ever offered as stated in the previous complaintThe Orange County Health Department has made it very clear to me that animals of any kind are not permitted in my storeThis lady has routinely tried to come into my store several times previously and not once mentioned a service dogShe has interrupted business meetings several times and if need be, will have to take future lawful action against her if this continuesI have been a Good Samaritan and instead of no recognition or a Thank you, I receive this? I will have to think harder next time trying to help someone with the fear of some untrue attackIf you need further assistance, please let me know

Let me first start by saying that not only was I present during this interaction, I am the owner of the store - As far as the complaint goes, let me first start by saying that it is all untrue. I allowed the lady to use my phone to call as I was truly concerned with her well being - After
making the call, she took my phone and started making personal phone calls which I said she could not as it is my business line and cant have it tied up for phone orders,etcAfter saying she could not have her dog in my store per *** *** Health Dept., she claimed the dog was a service dogShe provided NO PAPERWORK or ANY phone number - After the police came by , they told me that she makes continuous complaints about businesses and all her claims are fraudulent and untruthful. The time of the interaction found my store busy with clients and continued to disrupt my business as I told her she could wait, but wanted nothing of itIn conclusion, NO PROOF of a service dog was presented and wish to have this ridiculous claim discarded Any other assistance that I can provide, please feel free to contact me
