The response still states that even international shipping should only take between 20-business daysI did finally receive the product on November - two months after the order was initially placed (September 25)If ordering takes months, the website should state the ridiculously long delivery estimate, rather than the 7-days currently mentionedI ordered the product for a birthday that occurred late October, assuming that a month would be plenty of time, especially since the longest delivery mentioned on the website was weeksThis is blatantly on the part of Max Novelty.

Greetings Revdex.com,My original complaint with this company was regarding poor shipping practices and empty and advertising with regards to arrival time.Well, the package finally arrived and when I opened it, every piece of canvas (total) was moldy - due to 45+ days on a boat and improper
packagingPlease see attached photos, which I also sent to the company, Max NoveltyI am now seeking a full refund of the total paid ($72.01) as this product and the company’s business practices are atrocious. I have sent a request for a full refund times now, receiving a canned email response twice with the promise to send me new canvases, which I don’t want, due to the risk of the same thing happening againI just want my money back.Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to update this complaint.Thank you sincerely,*** ***

Having the company resend me the shipping policy again and again is not a response. I notified them of the delay, they made no attempt to let me know that there would be a delay or that my package was coming from out of the country. I want a refund. There is no explanation for something taking over 60 calendar days, or 32+ "working" days. There was no attempt by the company to issue or offer a refund as also stated in their shipping policy which seems to have been conveniently left out and has since been removed. I emailed and emailed them over and over for assistance and each time the shipping policy was copied and pasted into and email. I got no real customer service whatsoever and I want a refund. This is a poor business practice, not only are they clearly shipping all orders from China, but they are making it seem like they are a US based company and offering zero help to the customers regarding orders.   Regards,

[ A cut-and-paste form letter that does nothing but restate the same tracking link provided in the merchant's 13 December communication, I in noway a response to my complaint.  Especially not whent hat link is (a) not a [redacted] tracking number (the carrier is China EMS, not the [redacted] as promised), and (b) still shows NO ACTIVITY AT ALL since 16 December.Just to recap, the timeline is as so: 29 November: Order placed 30 November: Payment collected; [--- 13 days pass ---] 13 December: Initial status inquiry; 13 December: Business response with tracking link (the SAME one as in this response) - link which shows _no such tracking number exists_; 13 December:  I informed the business owner that if delivery was not complete by 20 December, I would seek a refund; [--- 2 days pass ---] 15 December: Tracking site finally shows first activity, indicating "China EMS" as the carrier; 16 December: Tracking site shows last activity to date, still in China  (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE); [--- 5 days pass ---] 21 December: Complaint filed with Revdex.com [--- 5 days pass ---] 26 December: Today.I must insist on a full refund, and while I would still rather avoid the hassle of issuing a chargeback through my bank, issuing a complaint to the local [redacted] Postmaster General for mail order fraud, and submitting the matter to the Massachusett's Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau for False Advertising ... that is only a preference, not a need.  My patience has always been finite, and it is rapidly approaching it's utter limit.That limit is now set at precisely 48 hours starting at noon today, Eastern Daylight Time ... and the clock is most definitely ticking. ]
