Mrs***, and Revdex.comI would like to go back over the options that were presented at the time I met with you and your assistant in my office a couple of months agoThere are things that I can do and things that are out of my hands and fall under the manufactures control such as Lemon Law Vehicles.Like we discussed at that time I can trade you out of the vehicle you currently own, or purchase it from you for it's actual cash value this is under my controlHowever if you are as you stated in my office and restated in the e-mail you sent to our company as well as the copy presented to the bureau, are looking for the total refund of all funds invested in the vehicle as well as tax and license this falls under the control of the manufacture.You have the right to pursue California Lemon Law on this vehicle and NOTHING any dealer does can "sidestep" this legal right that you possess, it is the lawAs I told you at the time we met I would try to find an other vehicle for you, sell it to you at my cost, and give you the maximum I could for your tradeIn fact your assistant called me the next day or about that time to inform me that your husband had left the vehicle at our store and had gone to a golf tournament with our salesperson as our guestYour assistant asked for an appraisal of the vehicle which I did and I called her with the amount the vehicle appraised for and she informed me that you or your people would be in touchThis is the first I have heard since then.We still have all the same options available as we did at that time:1) I can purchase the vehicle for actual cash value2) You can trade the vehicle as per the offer previously discussed and outlined above.3) I can have a [redacted] Field Service Engineer come out again and inspect your vehicle for you and fix any warranty issues he recommends be addressed.4) Provide you with the Repair Orders documenting the work performed on your vehicle, and another copy of the Lemon Law Procedure provided in the vehicle at time of sale if you can not find the original, so you can request a repurchase with [redacted] Motor Company.Please let me know how you would like to proceedThank you [redacted] General Manager Crown Motors

In response to the complaint:My name is [redacted] and I am the General Manager of Crown Motors and I did not meet with the owners of this CivicHowever when this issue was brought to my attention we spoke with Honda on behalf of the client and this engine has been repaired as per the Honda Extension of block warrantyThe client has the vehicle and is driving this vehicle today and repairs we completed at no cost to them.I believe If you speak with the client you will find that they are very happy with the resolution of this issue.Thank you [redacted] General Manager Crown Motors Redding California

Good afternoon,My name is *** *** and I am the General Manager at Crown MotorsI have spoken to Mr*** and have solved the issueIt is our policy to wait to pay the customer for the vehicle until title on the vehicle can be producedThat way we can insure that everything is as
promised and we are able to insure the transfer of title to usThere was a pay off on the vehicle so our way to handle this is to give the client the remaining funds upon the receipt of the clear and clean title. However in this *** one of my people informed Mr*** that he could have the funds in daysAfter I questioned my employee and he admitted that he had quoted that to our guest I provided the remaining funds before getting the title.It is my belief our client is happy with the out come.Thank you,*** *** General Manager Crown Motors
