Dear Representative of Revdex.com, This is the letter regarding about our customer [redacted] the complaint ID [redacted] The customer dropped of one winter long coat and there was a torn on the back side of itAnd looked pretty old tornBut customer blamed to us that we did thisBut I guarantee that we did not tear that for sureBecause Dry Cleaning machines, all press machines and equipments designed not do have any sharp parts which is protected not to be torn clothesWe did not tear that coatAnd also that really thick wool blended winter coat can not be torn that easilyIt is just the customer did not know he torn his coat before he brought it to our store, that's allWe did not do itPlease consider this, thank you so much for your concern and help.Best regards Max One Price Cleaners' ownerSung Man K**
