This business did not come out and fix the issues. The general contractor came and admitted that he saw things he did not like and told me they were going to return, but never did. I still have no outside lights hooked up and some are hanging off the side of my house by the wires. Like I said previously, I have water going in behind the siding, gutters are hanging, siding is coming off, and shingles are buckling allowing water and ice to be blown underneath them.  I have run into the general contractor several times at the supply house and have asked him when he was going to come out and he would tell me he would, but never did.  My insurance company sent me payments because the work had been started. My mortgage company has instructed me not to pay this contractor any more money due to the fact that the work is 1) not finished and 2) not only done poorly, but can cause further damage, especially since water is getting behind the siding. I gave them a chance to come out and they did not take it.  I told them that I did not want the same crew working on my house, but that I wanted the general contractor there to fix the problems and they refused by not showing up. They will not even come to see the problems, which I asked them to do. Their crew of workers left all the trash in our yard. The GC said he would come to clean it up. My wife and I had to bag up all the siding trash and remove it. The GC is claiming that I am holding back a lot more money than what is true. To secure this job, this contractor told me that if I gave him the job that he would split the profit with me, but more importantly, he advertised himself as being Revdex.com accredited, which come to find out, he is not. He advertised this on his brochures and business cards, which I still have in my possession.  This is the definition of fraud. They have accused me of racist comments which is completely untrue. Any name calling that has been going on has been from them. Not just name calling, but threats.  They came into my place of employment, told my boss, and spread lies amongst my coworkers.  They threatened to even come to my church and create a scene and I had to go to the leaders of my church and call the local police department and warn them of the potential of a scene. I have been informed of my legal rights to not be harassed and what I should do if defamation continues. The general contractor of this company portrays himself to be the owner, but he is not. His ex-fiance is the owner because in the general contractor's words, he "can get a better tax write off for having a woman own the company."  Apparently during the work on my home, they broke up but still work together, but the do not communicate with each other. They will lead you to believe many things such as: the general contractor will be on site when the work is being done, the the GC owns the company, that he will give you part of his profits, that they are Revdex.com accredited, and that they do fantastic work. They do not. None of this is true. I am following the advice of my mortgage company and a lawyer that have spoken to. The stories in their complaint about my boss are not true. As far as hiring friends to fix this, I was going to do that but my lawyer told me not to and to give the GC an opportunity to fix the problems. They didn't take the opportunity and now my house has to go through the winter with these issues unfixed.  I have all documented pictures proving the issues of the faulty work that was done.

The time he had a complaint we went to his property to fix the issues he had found, which were not major problems. All cosmetic. After that we didnt hear from him again in good while. When I called him again (thinking everything was ok), he came up with the new list of problems he said he was...

having and warned us that we were not allowed on his property. All our subs have insurance, any issues would be covered, but he hired friends to fix those problems. At this point I dont know what those people did or where they had their hands in. I cant guarantee the job anymore. We cant even go over to see what has been done or to verify that he actually had any problems at all.For some odd reason, the insurance company released the rest of the money owed, and in order for them to do that he would had had to say the work was completed. We have it stated on our contract that we are not to hold a warranty if we have not been paid in full, and if there was the case of work not completely finished, homeowners can only hold back 10% of the contract. His numbers are way off. He's holding over 10k This is a guy who wanted to come and work for us a while back and talked horrible things about his former boss lady, who come to find out is not what he said she was. He has the notorious pattern of making up horror stories when he doesnt get his way. His former employer is our supplier! He wanted to make money off of the materials by getting them cheaper from them and he was  told NO by her. His texts messages are outrageous. He has crossed the line and fell into the racists comments, called me insane, etc... Wanted to cut deals with the salesman IN PERSON. We are well aware of some law breaking from his part that I wont mention on here since  his file is being revised by our lawyer who will be contacting him. He simply wants to keep the money he already received. He has been wanting to make money off of the claim from the beginning and that's fraud. This most likely will go to court.
