This is regarding complaint ID #***I spoke with *** over the phoneI told her that we apologize for causing any disturbance and also for acting what sounded to be rudeWe instruct and expect all of our employees, representatives, and independent contractors to adhere to all laws, and to
respect and adhere to all regulations and policies of any organizations, associations, or private properties.I assured *** that the way Ray responded to her was not the type of action that we find acceptableHe will be dealt with internallyI also assured *** that we would do our best to instruct all personnel to abide by her association's rules

On February  19, 2015 [redacted] called and spoke with our finance rep, [redacted], to complain that our sales person had lied to him about the final purchase price of the [redacted] system he had purchased back on 10/5/2013. He stated that he was calling the finance company to pay off his balance and when...

he heard the pay off amount, he felt that he paid more than he and the salesperson, Matthew, had agreed on. After speaking to [redacted] about the situation, she pulled his contract to verify the information that was given and found that the sale price that was signed and agreed upon was $2645. No where on the contract does it state that he purchased the [redacted] for $1900.  [redacted] was dissatisfied with the answer he had gotten and then tried to make a deal with [redacted] saying "..look if you guys pay the 1000 i'll pay the 700 bucks...".We are unable to make any changes to the loan, and we will not be issuing a check for the difference to Mr. [redacted] has signed the contract where it states: "... by signing this contract you state that you agree to all its terms..." his signature is right below the purchase price and right below the Federal Truth in Lending Disclosures. I have attached a copy of the contract that was signed on 10/5/2013 by [redacted].

In regards to [redacted],We thank you for your purchase, and are sorry you decided to cancel. We also apologize for any pressure you feel you may have experienced. We take all possible measures to ensure our customers and potential customers feel comfortable during and after any sales or presentations. We were in possession of your trade-in and had made multiple attempts to accommodate you in any way as far as when and where you would like us to return it. There is not something in our contracts that allows someone to keep the machine at no cost after 10 days, but we are glad that at this point you do have all your trade-ins back (which were returned on 10/28/16) in the same working condition as they were traded in. a form of guilt or pity to obtain business, referrals, or to perform free demonstrations. I am familiar with the woman who is an independent contractor with our company who has a child in American Samoa that she sends hermoney to. We have taken action to ensure that nothing she says can be interpreted as looking for pity for her situation.When you called weeks after the sale was made  I spoke to you myself. You were very nice and made absolutely no claims to having had a problem with the sales person or anything along those lines. I informed you that it was far past the cancellation, and we wouldn't be able to take it back. I also expressed that our intention was not to make you feel stuck with the product, and that we would come help you with the machine or do anything we could in our power to make your ownership of the producteasier and more enjoyable. I also had the manager that was on duty when you bought the [redacted] call and leave you a message just to make sure everything was alright and see if there was anything else we could do.The employees and independent contractors we have and are associated with all have thorough criminal background checks done to begin the process of ensuring our company upholds the standards of salesmanship and customer service we expect.
