Mr [redacted] took the bike to Mexico ( THE COUNTRY) The bike had a problem while there and He took it to a mechanic that damaged the cam chain tensionerThe result was the cam timing is off so the piston hit the valves resulting a blown engineThis damage was caused by the customer and not covered under warranty Mr [redacted] has now abandoned said motorcycle at my shop since August I am happy to repair or replace the engine but Mr [redacted] will have to pay for it Thanks for your prompt attention, Greg T [redacted] Max MPG Scooters [redacted] ***

This person asked if we could work on his Sym scooter and I said yes.I told him to send it down and I would let him know when it arrivedHe called again before it arrived and asked if it was there yetI said again I will call when it arrivesIt arrived and the driver did not leave the keysI
called *** and asked about the keys and he said he would contact the tow driver and get themHe then askes if it would be fixed todayI said no, I will get a look at it in a day or so and he literately flew off the handle.He never mentioned a time line prior to that tiradeI told him at that point I was not willing to do business with him or be treated like thatEnd of story.This matter is closed Sincerely Greg T*** Owner I choose not to be berated by anyone!

I am rejecting this response because:Gregg is outright lying in his response---when we talked--he said two weeks--not two days--i then told him I would not have had it towed there if he had told me he was two weeks behind-----1. gregg failed to disclose on initial cantact that he was two weeks behind----2. By every law in the book -he broke an oral contract by refusing to work on bike after agreeing to it and accepting it from a tow----Bad Bad Buisnessman and extremly deceptive besides being a liar----------Please People dont go to MAX MPG Scooters in Tacoma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
