I sent for Max Slim's free trial about two years ago, I did not know that they would send me more product, about a month later, and bill my credit card. I was able to get a hold of them, and cancel the two products they sent. They cancelled, but this last month they started billing my credit card again, and I received no products. I've tried to contact them, but have been unsuccessful. My credit card has rejected the charges, so I haven't lost anything this time, but it is annoying.

$89.92 billed monthly for maxslimfitnow. I am unfamiliar with the particular product shown on their website maxlimfitnow.com. I have never received this product. I called the number on their website for customer service 1-844-200-0988. The automated voice doesn't identify company just gives you option to dial extension if you know one our press star for name. I don't have an extension so tried star and it just hangs me up. I've pressed zero hopefully to get to a rep, but it just hangs up. Now I call the number an after the options given it just hangs up. I've tried multiple times.
I also wonder if this company is connect to hempvive, as I am receiving a product from them that I thought I canceled in February. I called their number 888-281-9122. I get the same exact recording as with maxslimfitnow and the same results of just getting hung up on.
I need to know that I can get this $89.92 cancelled, and what the maxslimfitnow product was and if any connection to hempvive.
You are scammers, you charged me $90.00 for 1 oz. of CBD oil that I was only suppose to pay for shipping...not only once but twice...NO WHERE DID IT SAY THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED $90.00.

The oil was to cost $6.95 for shipping only. Nothing was said about a 14-day trial before cancelling. I was billed $89.93 for that bottle. When I called them, they said they could only credit me $60 and I should have called them to cancel. That is not fair. My credit card simply said 844-FL 01/20/20 25 5968 card
They should refund me the full $89.93. And they should not continue to deceive people with their false claims.

We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Service Support on (02/15/2020) and refunded you back $60.00. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.
Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process additional refund of $29.92.
Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

I am satisfied that the company will be refunding me the full amount. I still feel deceived because nothing was mentioned about 14-days to cancel. Perhaps it was in very small print and I could not make it out. I am not sure. But I will be more vigilante next time an free offer is made after shipping.

They should be more informative when signing someone up for a subscription. they didnt ask if I wanted a subscription. Is was hidden in term and conditions. Which we all know nobody reads. I am satisfied with the refund, tht I ask for in the first place. Thankyou
Following an order from a Facebook ad, this company has subsequently charged me $89.92 for a "membership" not disclosed in the ad.

The money withdrawn from my account was eventually refunded and I can only imagine that this was due to your intervention with this company. I dont understand why such companies are allowed to remain in business when they have a record of fraudulent activities, but I very much appreciate your help. Thank you.
