Review: To Whom it May Concern Please be advised that on May 23rd 2013.I took my 2003 Ford Escape to be serviced at Max's Automatic Transmission shop. The chief complaints were Ticking noise, Engine Light on,Ringing sound which was not pertaining to seatbelt,and Car felt as if is was not driving smooth do to what I thought might be not properly switching gears. My car was ready the same day. I was told that the repairs done to my SUV,were as follows put on their Scan System:Code [redacted], and [redacted],Engine Miss,and Replaced=1 Coil pack for(250.00)I was told that all six coils replaced. Engine light still on all coils were not replace and I still feel the shaken, Did some research and find the coil pack only cost (25.00). I feel that because I'm a female that clearly after doing my research I've been taken advantage of. On May 31st 2013 I called the shop with some complaints in reference to the repair done on my Ford Escape was told to bring car to shop at 1pm.Upon my arrival was giving the runaround and ask to return on Monday 3rd 2013 did not understand why I was asked to bring car to shop only to get told it would not be looked at today could be explain over the phone. My work schedule and the hours at the shop doesn't allow me to make it to there shop before they close at 5pmDesired Settlement: $250.00
