Do not know of this company. They have debited my account for almost $100.00. I have filed a dispute with my bank as well!

The company said free trial with shipping. I just got charged $119.97 and want a refund. I was not told would be charged that much. Need refund

Went online for free trial of xtreme muscle fuel and then was charged for a product I didn't ask for.
I tried to get the free sample that was offered online on 10/14/19. After filling out the information it says the free product is not available. I later received a bottle of NOX I didn't order and my credit card was charged $29.95. On 10/25/19 I received a bottle of TestTroxin and was charged $29.95. I didn't authorize this purchase either. This is a prime example of bait and switch. The company lures the customer in with free sample and then charges for a totally different product. The first order #XXXXXXX and the second #XXXXXXX. I had to cancel my credit card because they tried to charge another $29.95 on 11/7/19.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get a refund for these unauthorized charges. I tried calling the company to get a refund but they insisted that I pay for the return shipping. I refused to pay for shipping a product back that I didn't ask for in the first place.

on 7-13 2019 I was charged $88.88 and $89.89 =$178.77 never received any thing.

I bought a sample trial which should have been according to website and it cost me $12.95 well long and behold I just lost another $108.96

Approximately 45 days from the day you signed up, we will send another set and your account will get charge for the package we will send. Advertised free sample but charged for item after 14 days. Threw in second unsolicited item and charged for the item.
Advertised free sample. Delivery took 12 days. Charged for product, Testomax after 14 days. When I complained to them I was told I had to cancel within 14 days. This apparently in the small print in conditions. They threw in a second item, Betaboost that was not asked form and charged for the second item after 14 days as well. I read that Betaboost will cause blood pressure to rise. This is a condition I suffer from. Threw this out. Dishonest way of doing business.

Again the only banking information they had was my MasterCard number. Have checked my account and have NOT received the $100 US. What more can I say. Thanks for listening.

I was mislead by the way they advertised. Ad said free trial pay for the shipping 4.95 USD and we will send you a trial bottle of max test ultra

I have a problem with the free trial offer I ordered online I know that you are aware that some of your ads are misleading I also understand you cant and wont agree with me on that statement

I know your going to send me your trail policy and explain to me that it clearly explains how the trial offer works and I have read it now after going on your web site but it was never mention on the web site where I ordered the trail

My trail offer was free just pay shipping of 4.95 which I did and it was charged to my m
credit card on Nov 10 /17 and until yesterday March18/18 I thought that was all I had paid I should of been looking at my credit card statements allot closer then I was because yesterday I found a charge from Nitro for 107.04 CAD I had to call credit card to figure out who Nitro was and then I check back on the months prior to March and I found more charges

I called this morning March 19/18 to explain this problem but the person I was talking to didn't care he just kept telling me about how the trail worked I also told him that I only received one bottle of max test ultra which I still haven't open because I have high blood pressure so I didn't want to try it until my blood pressure is lower He answered that by saying well they were all delivered so I needed to take it up with Canada post

If I had of received the second bottle that would of triggered me to find out why and the charges wouldn't of been on my credit card and also if I had of been checking my statement closer it wouldn't of gone on this long

Company IV already dealt with with you guys is charging me again
A whole ago (February) I ordered a bottle of pulls for 5 from this retailer, then found out it was auto renew subscription and tried to cancel, upon being unable to do so I contacted you and the result was no additional payments and any product or payment swaps that have already taken place stand, now two months later without my visiting the site they are charging me again for a new 5 bottle and the assumption of an auto renew service, they claim it was a pending transaction from the February order. They also charged the retailer name in their banking info so my stop payment wouldn't work

I want my 5 bucks back, I never want this company to have my contact info anywhere near their stuff, and Id love to see them shut down

Misleading website which auto sets up monthly payment and says "FREE" which is the only reason I (many more)ended up on their webpage. Not free at all
Signed up for a free trail of the product they were selling. Just had to pay shipping was the only notion I recieved whilegoing through their form submit. Looks like I'm not the only one. This is a company in which I came across on facebook so I thought they were legit. Fast forward 3 months and now I have 6 bottles from them with NO Invoices stating they ever took the money out of my account again and again. Over $110 per bottle. A legit company would not hide in fine print the fact that its 1) only 14 day trail, 2) Setup for Auto Monthly Payments,3) No communication with me about billing, 4)No Refunds or Returns. They have an Auto message setup just for this through email. Tis is criminal in my mind. But I guess this is all in fine print so it legal. Great company "THE AMERICAN DREAM" in which we should all model and teach are kids to become. Because its in the fine print and never actually mentioned once its OK. Only thing you see in front of your face is FREE. If this is totally legal then I cant wait to finish typing this so I can go and screw people out of there hard earned money and call it my own because of fine print

I never once recive an invoice through email or by carrier letting me know about these withdrawl of cash from my account. Never received an email when I sigNed up stating full payments where required after 14 day trail. Website said free - not trial. More than just I have been duked by this company with the same experiences I have recieved. Mostly it's the shady practice of sending NO notification of withdrawl of money from my account with no return of product. Unacceptable business practice. This company in my mind cares only about taking people's hard earned money in the first few months after signup while they can until we catch on and try to return for refund without being able to.
