Max Tree Service & Landscaping

On July 10, 2019 I had signed a proposal for $2400.00 from Max Tree service. I had given owner, Luis Cevallos a deposit for $1,000. He deposited check into his account on 7/11/2019. He was supposed to remove a storm damaged damaged tree branch. The service was never done. After several, no show, appointments to remove branch I had given up on Luis and asked him to return my deposit. He agreed to do so, but again, made several appointments to drop off check. Most of the calls and text I made were never returned and eventually none of my calls and text were returned.

Max Tree Service was contracted and paid on April 12, 2019 to remove 12 trees from my property and quit after two weeks part way through the job. The owner Luis Ceballos refuses to answer my phone call or return messages. My yard has logs all over it and four trees that 25 foot stumps rising out of the ground with no branches. I have plenty of pictures to show how horible this looks.
