I purchased two water filter housings and was subsequently shipped the wrong product Contacting the company was very difficult and I have yet to receive a responseThe phone number on the website does not result in a human and I have left messages on every option I could find in the automated maze I have sent emails to every email I could find on the website and filled out all forms on the websiteI even cc'd emails like support@, sales@ and other common emails All with no response I am fortunate the the order was less than US$25, and will now abandon my attempts to get the correct item/refund Proceed with caution

In short, I paid extra money for features on an RO system but it arrived without the features I paid for. The company refuses to correct the issue, even though they had no problem taking my money for the extra features. I would advise not be deceived by their prices as if anything is wrong with your order you will be stuck with the bill.

The sales guy "Armen" says he is the owner and can do what he wants and I'm just a customer that doesn't know what I'm talking about. After asking how I can return the system, he said he was ending the call and hung up on me. I have never received such poor customer service in my life and cannot believe a business is run in this manner.

Their website claims they value the customer experience and ensuring customers are satisfied, but it is now clear that they are a "ship and forget" type company. Do not expect to receive any service after they receive your money.

I have ordered a reverse onsmosis water filter system from Max Water. I am very happy with the products that I have ordered.
