MAX Web Design

I went into contract with Max Web Design requesting their service of a website. I was given an ETA of 15 days to complete the site. When I was sent the draft url the website was not what I had required. It's for a [redacted] service in 3 locations [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] area. I have submitted the company the list of pick locations which should appear accordance to the pick up location. In turn [redacted] sent me a site with all locations listed under the 1 field. At that point they said they did not realize what it incurred to get done and that they would go to their Technology dept which quoted me an additional $455.00 to get this done which what I originally requested. I made a business decision to invest more to have the appropriate tools to connduct business. I have requested the [redacted] to do the technology changes at the additonal premium they quoted and they're response is that they can not do this request. I can not use a site with pick addresses outside of the country. This contract was signed on 11/12/2013 and I ask for reimbursement of my money as I have been misled a few times with this company. When I first made the request and agreed to the contract and now they're charging me additionally and when I agree they can not deliver what they have quoted. MAX Webdesign have broken the contract in terms of what they would deliver, timeliness of the contract, it has been a very negative Customer Service Experience, they have billed me and I do not have a working site. I am requesting your help in asking MAX Web Desing to reimburse me my money of over $2,000 and I do not have a website after 4 1/2 months later. I am loosing money as I have not been able to pursue my business through the web site as I had anticipated. I appreciate your help in this matter.Product_Or_Service: Website Desired SettlementI am requesting reimbursement of the $2,355.00 I have paid and have not received a completed website. I do not want to pursue doing business with this company as they do are not responding to my requests via email or phone calls. Web Design has failed to comply with their quote and contract.
