Maxair replaced my HVAC unit on May 24 2019, and had issues a week later. Then on 6/18/2020 I called and told them my unit was running all the time and its low on coolant. They stated that since its out of the one year warranty period by 4 weeks that they will not do anything without charging me. A 1 year old unit should not have any issues nor should a year and one month old unit. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The new HVAC condenser and evaporator coil that was installed on 5-24-19 has a 10 year manufacture parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty. We have fulfilled the obligations of the terms of the installation of the HVAC condenser and coil that the homeowner agreed upon. We aim to satisfy every customer that we service and hate that you feel not making a special exception to your agreed upon terms is poor service on our end.
