This is [redacted] from Maxed Out Marine. To explain on our behalf what had happened in this situation. [redacted] had contacted myself over the phone regarding the Monaco we had on consignment. There was a VERBAL AGREEMENT for the purchase pending inspection which they wanted to perform...

themselves. The day before there arrival I was knocked unconscious by a customers tailgate that fell on my head while I hooked up his boat. I went home for the day and was in full bed rest. Our sales person ([redacted]) received and inquiry that same day on the RV and showed it to another potential person. The potential buyer made an offer with no contingencies higher than the Beards offer. [redacted] then began contacting [redacted]'s cell phone and was not getting a response or call back. He was trying to give him 1st right of refusal and see if he was still coming and would want to present a better offer. After his repeated attempts to get a hold of [redacted], he then presented the offer to the owner of the RV and it was accepted. [redacted] then sent [redacted] an email that night just to be clear that he was trying to be contacted and there was an accepted offer on the RV not SOLD. The following morning I was awaken by numerous rude messages from [redacted]. I then attempted calling [redacted] & Owner with no response to see what had happened. I then called [redacted] and told him as soon as I find out what was going on I would do everything I can to try an fix the situation. I had then found out there was an Executed Agreement and Cleared Funds for the RV. It was completely out of my power and nothing I could do. We sell items for customers and follow there instructions. I then gave [redacted] $500 out of my own pocket to cover some of his expenses. When I meet him to give him $500 the following words out of his mouth were "You [redacted] Me" after he had taken possession of the funds. I then walked away to avoid any further confrontation. They did request our wiring instructions in the event they did want to purchase the RV, there was no email confirmation with flight information, no deposit, and no guarantee of purchase of the RV.  Best Regards,[redacted]
