I signed with this company because they contacted me first and said they could help me get old judgementsThey apparently g to the court house and look up judgements that are not paid and then they offer to work on them and take half of what they recoverI called after months of not hearing several times with no response or calls backIn order for me to go with a company that will actually work on these, I need them to release my contractThey know this and apparently do not careThis should be against the law to ignore thisThe attitude is incredibly rude

I am rejecting this response because: I was never informed that they would have up tomonths to work on the caseIf this was an over sight and was in the contract, I apologize. My question is when I called them and spoke to them (when they were not ignoring my calls), why did they not tell me this ? All they ever said to me was that they were working on itI thought after months I would get some kind of confirmation that something was being done and why would it take a certain amount of timeI put my trust into the fact that they called me first asking if I needed their helpThe client should be informed on what is going on and return phone callsHow are we to know if they are even working on it when we could get another company who could give assurances instead of nothing. I think being polite enough to re assure a client is in their best interestI had no choice but to get it notarized, and signed the contract, and I have put my trust in them to work on these for meIf they are refusing to let me out of the contract then I have to put my trust that they will be working on it and be polite enough to call me back and inform me of what is going onAfter all they are getting % of the two cases, if they do proceed and do what they are oblidged to do since I signed a contractI did get angry because they would not call me back or let me know, and I apologize for that but let's work together, and be professional

We have responded to Complainant multiple times and ensured to do in writing and email for documentation purposes (since her voice mails are inappropriate and unprofessional).  She signed a contract for us to work the case up to 18 months.  She now wants to back out of the contract....

 We explained that we have already been out money and if she wishes us to release the contract before the 18 months then she needs to pay our out of pocket expenses (nothing else - just what money we have been out) - as we will be unable to recoup without the contract.  This is not what she wants, she wants us to release the contract early and for Maxeill, LLC to lose money.  She signed the contract and had it notarized, it is not against the law for us to work if for the full 18 months.  Because she changed her mind, she now is trying to damage the reputation of our company with false claims.  We entered into a contract that is legally binding, because she changed her mind - does not make us a bad company.
