I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.   This is the same commitment he has made more than once before and he has failed to honor it or make any effort to follow up. It's all been a stall tactic on his part which is why so much time passed before I contacted the Revdex.com. If I accept this, the Revdex.com will consider it closed and he will not have paid me anything   Regards,  [redacted]

My last correspondence with the business was Oct 28, 2015.

Michael D[redacted] gave me a verbal response: He stated: I am filing for bankruptcy, but I need to pay [redacted] back. I would like to propose a payment of $500 initially the week of May 21, 2016 and monthly payments of $500 after that until paid in full.
