Review: We had this company install a DVD system in our car (over $1000.00) and after several trips to Roanoke to try and fix defects that were happening within days of purchase we finally returned product that was under warranty because the product was defective and couldn't be fixed. This all happened in less than 30 days. The company returned our money except for tax. They said they were keeping the sales tax. I did not get a full refund. This was not in their written policy. They refused to give me sales tax refund. Tech that installed item agreed it was defective.Desired Settlement: I'd like the full amount of my sales tax refunded to me.
