Complaint Against Maxi's Broad Street Locsation in Chattanooga, Tn
I went to Maxi because my sunroof was clogged up and leaking water into my car. I was told I would be charged for labor in increments of 15 minutes depending on how long it took to do the job. My car sat on the parking lot for 17 minutes waiting to go into the bay for service. The employees worked on it for 12 minutes and parked it on the lot again for 16 more minutes before I was able to pay. That was a total of 45 minutes on their property but only 12 minutes actual work on my car. When I started to pay the employee was going to charge me for one hour labor. I reminded him that I had only been on the property for 45 minutes total and that the work only lasted 12 minutes total. He then said he would only charge me for 45 minutes labor in that case. I argued that they had only actually worked on the car for a total of 12 minutes and the rest of that time my car was parked on the lot not being worked on. He not very nicely told me he did not care that he was charging me for 45 minutes and he di not car if I liked it or not. Aft3er several minutes of discussion about this, I ended up having to pay for 30 minutes labor I did not receive. The manager was unavailable so I wrote him a letter. The letter was held on to and then returned to me unopened several weeks later.

The first complaint is that Kansas Masonic home a little over years ago allowed my Father to become over *** behind on his rent When I found out about this I went to the accounting office and asked why I hadn't been notified of the problem I told them I had a power of attorney of file and it was in the notes to call me or my sister if an issue occurred The young woman looked at me and said what power of attorney, we didn't know we had one I did use that power of attorney to admit my father into the Kansas Masonic HomeI had to resubmit that paper work because they had lost it
The second complaint I have is of an incident that happened this week My father is ill and currently being treated by the wound care center The illness caused my father some confusion Because of that confusion the director of the KMH decided with out a physi
