I purchased this item through Amazon in August 2020 and by January 2021 the item failed due to a seal which separates the pot reservoir from the heating element failed resulting in leakage and electric shock hazard. I have had no luck contacting the Maxi Matic customer service center. Model CCM-035 DO NOT BUY THIS !

l ordered the maxi-matic qtpressure cooker and it stopped working the 3rd time l tried to use itl purchased it through HSN,so l called them,and they gave me the info l needed to return the product After calling the company over many days,l finally reached a person named Karina that l would need an RA# to be put on the outside of the box.After many attempts to try and receive one from [email protected] l have received no reply.l would not buy from this company if l were you

I purchased the Elite Quesadilla Maker by Maxi-Matic and after I used it I discovered there is no way to thoroughly clean it The cheese falls between the non-stick cooking surface and the main base The cooking surface cannot be easily removed and using a cleaning scrub brush does not work as the bristles can't reach it all The only way to get to any food particles that have fallen in that crack is to unscrew the main base from the cooking surface That is not practical to ask customers to do this each time the quesadilla maker is used I tried to get a refund from Maxi-Matic, but they refused This appliance is definitely not worth the price as it cannot be kept clean, by design

Not only do they not fix any problems, it's even harder to order parts or accessories They have a diffinent lack of follow up or communication with any customers I would not do any more bussiness with this company

I received a maxi-matic toaster model ect-3100 from my granddaughter for my 84th birthday. It is without a doubt the very best toaster I have ever had in my life. It has items on it that I did not even know a toaster could have. I give it your highest five star rating. And by the way, it makes great toast! George kistner, eastlake, ohio

This is a great company. I purchased a pressure cooker earlier this year. And I accidentally dropped the lid when I removed it to clean it. It hit my tile floor at just the right angle that the plastic in the lid cracked almost in half. I didn't want to risk using the machine with a cracked lid so I called the company up. The lid wasn't covered unders warranty since it was due to my own carelessness, I simply purchased a new lid. They were super helpful and sent me the lid right away. I got it in about a week. Thank you!
