Dear Revdex.com.We did not claim the home had Air-Conditioning.When the tenant made this claim I spoke with her and reminded her about this at that time. She has been there for over months and has the ability to terminate her lease when it ends on 4/30/ If she is not happy about the air conditioning I advise her to move to a home that can accommodate her needs This home will not be having air conditioning added.Thank you.Mike [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, We thank you for being a voice for our tenants but we have to follow the lease and local laws even if our tenants wish they were not in place.1, The tenant is required to maintain the property and if they would like upgrades they are to pay for them.In the case of a new toilet seat, The one that was there when they moved in was in proper working order and had no defects They asked for a new one and we are happy to help them but this is at the expense of the tenant 2, The interior door locks. They requested door locks on all the bedrooms with a key The fire code of Saint Paul does not allow this If a fire were to happen the fire department requires that they are to be able to get in and search the home for people and pets without having to breakdown every door When the city inspector came through the home they were needed to be removed to meet local codes.3, 24/serviceWe have a maintenance person monitor the phone 24/in the case of an emergency If a call comes in that is not deemed to be an emergency we take care of that issues the next business day.In the case of this tenant living at [redacted] ***, They have put in work orders in under a year and I can prove that in each case they were contacted within hours In some cases the request were deemed to be for convenience and not a necessity for the use of the home When that happens they are put on our schedule behind the emergency items that our maintenance staff has to get to and it can take a few days for items to get resolved. We have tried to explain this to the tenants

I am rejecting this response because:That is a lieI never made a claimMike verbalize it that the home was central air when I asked him over the phone after the tourI called numerous times in May and also sent a portal message which he never addressed it with meHim and the rest of the MSP staff has failed to return calls or even message me back so how is it even possible that he reminded me when he never responded to my calls or messagesLying to tenants or potential tenants is unethical and fraudI am trying to prevent this from happening to anyone.

The one that was there when they moved in was in proper working order and had no defects.  They asked for a new one and we are happy to help them but this is at the expense of the tenant.  2, The interior door locks. They requested door locks on all the bedrooms with a key.  The fire code of Saint Paul does not allow this.  If a fire were to happen the fire department requires that they are to be able to get in and search the home for people and pets without having to breakdown every door.  When the city inspector came through the home they were needed to be removed to meet local codes.3, 24/7 serviceWe have a maintenance person monitor the phone 24/7 in the case of an emergency.  If a call comes in that is not deemed to be an emergency we take care of that issues the next business day.In the case of this tenant living at [redacted], They have put in 13 work orders in under a year and I can prove that in each case they were contacted within 24 hours.  In some cases the request were deemed to be for convenience and not a necessity for the use of the home.  When that happens they are put on our schedule behind the emergency items that our maintenance staff has to get to and it can take a few days for items to get resolved. We have tried to explain this to the tenants.

Dear Revdex.com.We did not claim the home had Air-Conditioning.When the tenant made this claim I spoke with her and reminded her about this at that time. She has been there for over 10 months and has the ability to terminate her lease when it ends on 4/30/18.  If she is not happy about the air conditioning I advise her to move to a home that can accommodate her needs.  This home will not be having air conditioning added.Thank you.Mike [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:That is a lie. I never made a claim. Mike verbalize it that the home was central air when I asked him over the phone after the tour. I called numerous times in May and also sent a portal message which he never addressed it with me. Him and the rest of the MSP staff has failed to return calls or even message me back so how is it even possible that he reminded me when he never responded to my calls or messages. Lying to tenants or potential tenants is unethical and fraud. I am trying to prevent this from happening to anyone.
