I've been using Maximizer since approxI've upgraded to their newer versions at least times maybe I am using CRM Group EditionIt has never worked properly since they installed itThe last time they attempted to correct the problems they said that they would have to uninstall it and re-install itThey are now saying that I am only a 'silver' subscriber and that I have used up all of my support time and that I would have to pay $800+ do get them to fix what they have been unable to get right all alongI am considering taking them to court as I no longer care about the wasted time and money
