He never try to contact me or show any concern about the quality of the job that they did in my house, they came and installed my old demper back but I never got the refund from my new damper that I pay $

Maximum chimney services has tried numerous times to get in touch with Ms***No response backWe will be issuing a check for the full amount owedWe also sealed her chimney crown ,flashing the side of her chimney and also put on a new stainless steel chimney coverThat amount is usually over $which we did for free

The technician that came out did so as requested, for a service call, for a fireplace sweep and inspection, upon the inspection, the technician noticed the gas starter pipe was the wrong size and quoted the customer on a new pipeThe customer
was informed that the part was back ordered and we would not have it in for a week or soThe technician took longer than usual because it was a complicated set up and he took his time to ensure the customer had everything done correctly and safely, and to ensure maximum service
We have called the customer 3-times to rectify the situation with no responseWe cannot do anything about this without a response from her customer

I wish I had read these reviews before making an appointment with Maximum ChimneyVery unreliable companyThey either haven't figured out yet how to efficiently schedule appointments throughout the day or they can't manage their staffI was given a four-hour window for their arrival to clean my chimneyThirty minutes AFTER the deadline, I received a call from the office telling me that the appointment before mine took longer than they expected and nobody would be coming out because "it would be too dark for them to work." To appease me, I was offered an appointment for the next day with "just" a two-hour windowAgain changing my other commitments to accommodate their schedule, I sat home all afternoon waiting for someone to show upAn HOUR AND A HALF PAST THE DEADLINE, I received a call, apparently from the tech, offering a flimsy excuse for why he wasn't at my home, which I allowed to go into my voicemailFifteen minutes after that, I received a call from the office wanting to confirm the appointmentI told the young woman on the phone not to bother sending anyone out because I couldn't afford to waste any more of my time waiting for someone to not show upI find it hard to understand how a company with these business practices manages to stay in business

If I could put zero stars I would
Gentleman that came out was nice and quoted me a fair priceI agreed, signed a contract and put down a 30% depositThe day of the work to be done I receive a call that they under bided me and would not do the jobI asked to talk to the owner and he was such a ***!!!!!
Never never use this company!!!!!

Maximum chimney services has tried numerous times to get in touch with Ms. [redacted]. No response back. We will be issuing a check for the full amount owed. We also sealed her chimney crown ,flashing the side of her chimney and also put on a new stainless steel chimney cover. That amount is usually over $600 which we did for free.
