The builder of our home used Maximum Exterminating for termite treatment of our new home and therefore we had a termite warranty with Maximum Exterminating. Termite activity was evident as soon as we moved into the home. We were provided the company name and telephone number for Maximum Exterminating, but never received any paperwork regarding our warranty. Over the last 18 months, we repeatedly had termites in one specific bedroom of our home. Each time we called Maximum Exterminating, they sent a technician who viewed our interior termite trails and then applied treatment outside the home to the ground. On November 25, 2019, we made our fourth call about the return of termite trails in the same area of the same bedroom. We talked with a gentleman of Maximum Exterminating and were told our warranty just expired in October, 2019, but they can come out and provide a full treatment to include pulling up our carpet for inspection of the foundation and provide a complete treatment of that specific room and then treat the entire house. We told him we had no idea our warranty was due to expire and he said they sent a warranty renewal in the mail. We said we never received any type of notice and he said: "Yes, well we get that story pretty often".

Over he past 18 months, Maximum Exterminating continued to respond to the same problem and apply the same exterior treatment to the one specific area of our home. Now that our warranty allegedly expired, they said they will now come out and provide some thorough home treatment at a hefty cost. Extremely disappointed in the failed quality of service to properly treat the issue. Quite shocked at the customer service regarding the warranty, expiration of warranty and then the statement that we told a "story" about not receiving a renewal warranty in the mail. Only after the warranty "expired" is when this company now offered to come to our home and provide a quality service focusing on the specific room where they would pull the carpet, inspect the foundation and then treat our entire home. Why exactly wasn't that done over the last two years, while this warranty existed? Extremely disappointed, will never use this company and will strongly discourage anyone from using this company

Maximum Exterminating did a great job getting rid of our bed bugs. It was a very stressful situation & they took the time and the care to eradicate them! I was so pleased with the service & the price. I would highly recommend them for ALL your pest control needs!!!

we are done talking about this we did exactly what we were asked to do and we are not refunding there money all they want is for us to pay for there watering system if there was not one there before and they did not add new plants then why do they now need a watering system  seems like a scam to me

In response to  complaint ID# [redacted] we did a walk around at the property with the husband before any chemical was applied  and he told us what he wanted sprayed I am sorry if there was any miscommunication between our tech and the husband because I know that his wife is not happy,...

but we did send [redacted] back out to talk to them and at that point plants were not dead and we told them that if they died give us a call and we would replace if need be but we never received a call so assumed that all was good and we are still willing to replace  plants to make customer happy but refund is not an option

Even if this company were to replace these plants that they were not authorized to spray, who would water them every day for two to three weeks? We sent pictures showing dead roots of plants and the fact that we did not put new plants in place of the dead ones proving maximum exterminating lied.  We do not have a watering system in this part of the yard due to the fact that these plants were large native plants located next to other desert trees and cactus.  These large plants were sprayed by the tech when he came out for the THIRD time to re spray. If we wanted them killed why didn't he do it on the first or second visit?  The tech told me he went ahead and sprayed the desert plants because technically they are considered "weeds".  I never asked him to spray our only blooming flowering desert plants.  They were beautiful plants and now they are dead.  This matter will not be resolved unless we receive a full refund, I will now have to install a bubbler watering system and replant more desert plants.... an expensive job.Why didn't the tech just ask me if we wanted the large desert plants sprayed?  I was out in front walking past him several times as he sprayed the front yard and he NEVER said he was going to spray those natural plants.

Review: This company treated our yard for weed control. The first and second time he came out to spray, he sprayed the small weeds. The third time the guy came out to re treat weeds that were still growing, He not only sprayed the small weeds but sprayed about 6 giant flowering desert plants without our consent saying that HE considered them weeds! They now are all dead. They were 3 ft tall and 4 feet wide...nice beautiful flowering natural desert plants. We have over two acres and value every natural large plant as they add to the beauty of our front yard. Alex is the guy who sprayed and he was totally arguing with us about the desert plants being weeds. He took it upon himself to kill the large bushes.Desired Settlement: Refund

[redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job when treating our house for termites. They arrived our home on time and completed their work in a timely manner.

Maximum exterminating was a fantastic company to work with , very professional and very much a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend dealing with Maximum.
