The company came out and replaced a fan that was under warranty and charged me $285.00 and A/C was working. A couple hours later, the same problem - not working. I contacted them and suddenly I needed other parts (that should have been replaced originally with the fan) and service and they could do it for another $650.00. After explaining I paid $285.00 already suddenly it could be $370,00. When I still wasn't happy with that price he asked me what amount I could pay. Prices should not change back and forth. I lost faith in the company after all the prices going up and down and they say on the invoice they warranty for 1 year on labor, and on the phone he could do it cheaper but then warranty was only for 90 days. This company was referred to me by another company that charged me $85.00 to come out to diagnose and give me the phone number to maximum heating. They work together on referrals apparently. So $365.00 later I have to call another company to fix my A/C that is still not working. I have emailed them several times and response was for me to take out the fan they installed and return it to them and get my broken one back. The fan was under warranty and they will get reimbursed with a brand new fan. I even offered to have them only credit $200.00 back to my credit card and keep $85.00 for a service call fee. They declined.

Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning has received the complaint, I Marco Ugalde owner had talked to Mr. and Mrs.Walik, We where referred by a third party service company that Mr. and Mrs. Walik contracted Appliance Company, hired us to complete Service by replacing condenser fan motor, we purchased the condenser fan motor, arrived at Mr. Mrs. Walik Home 10am, Met With Jefrey Walik did not see or met with his wife, Told Jeffrey I was told Fan Motor is not working he said it locks up at times, Motor was hot to touch, jeffrey verified,I told Jeffrey condenser fan motor cost to install is $285.00 Since the warranty does not cover labor, he agreed on the cost, we proceed it ran the System for 15min-25min, Check freon Jeffrey confirm unit is working, told Jeffrey the only part can be issues is compressor, he told me that his unit has numerous issues and other has done repairs, once warranty is done he changing the unit, Jeffrey mention he had nothing but problems with unit,We left their home and did not get a text till 7pm, the ac system not working again, compressor was the next problem, Called them Mrs. Walik answered and talk to her and mention the only issue left to repair is compressor, they hired previous companies to replace parts already, she said how much to replace, I told Mrs. Walik $650.00, to replace which covers Freon, compressor warranty does not cover, she was outrage and said $370.00 since she paid already on condenser fan motor, we should deduct cost, I told Mrs. Walik ok lets meet that price but labor warranty is 90day warranty, compressor warranty expires 2022, she was outrage about warranty and wanted labor to be the same as compressor warranty, I told her we can't,we gave her an offer to meet to her price she wanted was not enough, Mrs. Walik decided to hire another company to install compressor,Mrs. Walik later days demanded to refund her money back in full for what we purchased and installed condenser fan motor, I told Mrs. Walik to have the company who going to install her compressor to remove condenser Fan we originally installed and purchased to return to us and we can return her old motor and Money in full, Mrs Walik Refuse to return us the motor wants to keep it and still wants full refund, I told Mrs. Walik you can't get full refund if Mrs Walik has a part we installed, We need motor back for full refund to give back to them and we can also give them their old motor back.

I am rejecting this response because:

The motor fan is under a full warranty and the company is going to be reimbursed in full with a brand new motor fan. That was never anything we discussed about a full refund I told the company to keep $85 for a service call and refund back $200 now theyre making up all these other stories. This is not good business practice nor satisfactory. We never stated we had nothing but problems with this air conditioner unit - obviously we’ve had it for years and years and we have never had to dump money into it and everything has been under warranty. I have the original invoice where it says that you warrantee your labor and then you changed your mind after the fact. I have the original invoice where it says that you warrantee your labor in writing and then you changed your mind after the fact.

This wonderful company installed a furnace for me on 5-16-19 and I can tell you they were top notch! The expertise and kindness were outstanding, I would recommend this company to everyone.-5 Stars from me.

When we woke up to no hot water recently, we had to scramble to find someone to come in on short notice to replace our hot water heater. Maximum H&AC not only arrived at our house within a few hours, but they also took great care protecting our carpets and hardwood floors in taking out the old unit. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. They even called two weeks later to follow up and ensure that everything was working correctly. I highly recommend Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning!

The company installed thermostat and zone control valves. They billed me outrageous amount for their lousy service. When I questioned them about the charges, they told me that it includes warranty. Example, for 2 zone controlled valve they charged me $587 which you can buy for $160. They drilled holes in each unit and did not secure the wiring correctly. It took them 3 days to fix the issue and I had to be with them. I wish they could tell me that hey lack expertise and would not take up the job.

3 days back I called Marco, who calls himself the owner of the company for the issue with the heating. He told me that he is short on staff and would call me back. I got no call from him. I called him multiple times but he would not answer the call.

Good Morning, Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning has installed Zone valves and Thermostat, with 2yr warranty on parts on our components,he provided one zone valve he bought himself he didn't want us to buy, so we installed it for himwith no warranty, which is the one not working unit 1, and he wants it covered under warranty, he denied maintnance annually for warranty to be covered or warranty is voided,and also after we installed the zone valves at his properties 1 yr after we where there he hired another company to install Boiler that are connected to zone valves, which can also be a concerned if they are certified, experience, to install boilers, Now he wants us tofixx his boiler for no charge instead of calling the company that installed it wrong in the1st place.

Marcos who represents the company texted me that he will go and visit the building on Tuesday (12//4/18) at 9 am. This is incorrect that the valve that I bought has the issue. Based on their recommendation and referral we got a company to install the new boiler. This company also did not do a good job as they promised. Now these guys are complaining about each other and not willing to fix the issue. I will provide further feedback and update Revdex.com once I see how these guys handle the issue after the promised Tuesday visit.

This is Jose from Management team, we have assign Marco since he knows what was done to these apartments, we have not avoided his request or denied to take care of the matter with him, he wanted Marco response to take care his situation and Only Marco since he the one that service his units prior to him hring another company to install boiler, Marco was out of town at the time, the boiler went out, we are company who are willing take care any warranties or worries on any system, but if the customer asked for certain person we cannot guarantee same day service with same person, but we can guarantee with any of our trained techs same day service, Marco will evaluate the problem and find out what happen to system and address to owner and let him know what the next step will be and prevent the issue from happening. He will assure he will get all the service he deserves.

Entire crew was very helpful and very friendly. Did a great job. Were on time. Left a very clean furnace room. Put carpet floor protectors on staircase to basement. From the first appointment until completion very professional crew.

Jose was a joy to have take care of my ac tuneup. Very kind and knowledgeable individual. He showed me what he did and was very fast with his work. Would hire again for future needs.

Maximum Heating and Air made it very easy to set up an appointment. When I called they answered all my initial questions and suggested the proper service. Day of appointment they called to say they where headed my way and arrived on time. They did a great job and explained everything prior to, and upon completion of work what they did. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Excellent experience, I think you got great customer service, and very professional and fix my heater quick, Jose and Marco perform great service!

Maximum responded Immediately to an overflow problem with my Humidifier. The technician dispatched to my home was professional, thorough and personable. The problem was resolved and my filters were changed on my HVAC units. I learned my lesson and will schedule regular Spring and Fall checkups, as I know Maximum will take care of my HVAC maintenance and repair needs. They treat me like an old friend, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wish there were 10 stars in the rating system.
