Review: I brought my car into medford fast lube because it was overheating. They advised me that I needed a clutch fan and the original quote was for $120 and they said it would be done in a day. Their parts were so overpriced I asked for a quote with the part I needed so I could purchase it myself and bring it to them. I purchased the part and dropped it off. They told me it would be done that day. Three days later I never received a call. I called to see if my car was ready and they told me I brought them the wrong part and that they needed another part that now the fix was going to cost me $375. They never called me to tell me this nor did they tell me it was the wrong piece when I dropped it off. I received another printed quote so I could purchase the second part. I purchased the second part and dropped it off and they told me the car would be finished that day. The car was not finished that day. The next day at about 4 pm I called to see if the car was ready. They then advised me that they broke the part I had dropped to them, that is was their fault and they would replace it for me. At this point my car had been there for over a week for a job they said would take a day. I made the decision to pick my car up and bring it elsewhere because I was so unhappy with the service I had received thus far. When I went to pick up my car I asked if they would reimburse me for the parts they had broken that I paid for. The gentleman refused to refund my money and continued to be extremely rude, cursing at me and he was being belligerent. He told me to speak to the owner and when I asked for his business card he told me I could not have it that the owner was on vacation to come back at a later date. When I left the shop I drove about 100 yards down the road and my hood flew up and shattered my windshield because the shop had not latched the hood after they worked on my car. I had to file a police report and am now out of a car with no answers from the shop.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the parts they broke that I purchased, my hood that is now extremely damaged, my windshield that is now shattered, and lost wages from not being able to get to work.

Review: I went to get my oil changed and as I was driving home my hood starting smoking. Giving the benefit of a doubt and thinking perhaps a little oil spilt on the engine I continued home. It turned out that the oil filter was barely screwed on and two quarts of oil leaked all over my driveway and brick in less then two hours.Desired Settlement: A full refund on the oil change was provided. The owner of the company promised numerous times to send a paving company to fix the damage, and after weeks passed, he avoided my calls, and no company ever came to fix or even assess the damage. I am requesting that the damage be fixed that was caused by the company's incompetence. Pictures of the oil leak only hours after the date of the receipt can be provided, as well as the original receipt and refund receipt.
